Reliable Factory of Raclette Grill & Pancake Makers.
Use your favorite pancake recipe or a pre-made mix.
Ensure the batter is smooth but not too thin (medium consistency).
Plug in the electric pancake maker and turn it on.
Most models have an indicator light that turns off when it’s preheated (usually takes 2-5 minutes).
Lightly grease the cooking surface with butter or oil (unless it’s non-stick and the manual advises against it).
Use a ladle or measuring cup to pour batter onto the center of the cooking plate.
Spread gently with the back of a spoon if needed (some models spread automatically when closed).
Cooking time varies (usually 1-3 minutes per side).
Check for bubbles on top and golden edges before flipping (if needed).
For flip-style makers, wait until the indicator light signals it’s time to turn.
Use a silicone or wooden spatula to lift the pancake.
Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with syrup, butter, fruit, or toppings of your choice!
Unplug and let it cool slightly.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth or sponge (avoid harsh abrasives).
For stubborn bits, use a soft brush or mild soap.
Never immerse the unit in water unless it’s specifically designed for it.
